Once an order is dispatched, delivery is handled by third-party logistics partners. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, but we will actively assist in resolving any delivery-related issues. In case a shipment is confirmed lost by the courier partner, a replacement or full refund will be arranged.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure accurate and complete shipping details at the time of placing the order. We are not liable for delays, failed deliveries, or losses caused due to incorrect or incomplete information provided.
Delivery attempts are managed by the courier partner. In case of failed delivery due to customer unavailability or incorrect details, the order may be returned to origin (RTO). Any re-shipping of such orders will be subject to additional shipping charges, to be borne by the customer.
