Shipping & Delivery Policy

We aim to process and deliver your orders efficiently while maintaining product quality and freshness.

Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Ready-to-ship products: Dispatched within 1–2 business days.
  • Roasted-to-order products: Dispatched within 3–5 business days to ensure freshness.
Each product page specifies the applicable dispatch timeline. Roasted-to-order products are roasted fresh after your order is placed—the extra time is intentional and in service of a better cup.

Metro Cities

2–4 days

after dispatch

Non-Metro / Remote

3–7 days

after dispatch

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as courier delays, weather conditions, or operational constraints.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on delivery location and order details.

Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.

Order Tracking

Tracking details will be shared once the order is dispatched. You can also use our order tracking page to check your delivery status.

Delivery Responsibility

Once an order is dispatched, delivery is handled by third-party logistics partners. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, but we will actively assist in resolving any delivery-related issues. In case a shipment is confirmed lost by the courier partner, a replacement or full refund will be arranged.

Customer Responsibility

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure accurate and complete shipping details at the time of placing the order. We are not liable for delays, failed deliveries, or losses caused due to incorrect or incomplete information provided.

Failed Delivery & Return to Origin (RTO)

Delivery attempts are managed by the courier partner. In case of failed delivery due to customer unavailability or incorrect details, the order may be returned to origin (RTO). Any re-shipping of such orders will be subject to additional shipping charges, to be borne by the customer.
