Requests are accepted only for items that are damaged, defective, incorrect, or tampered at the time of delivery.
To process any claim, the following is mandatory:
In case of missing items, the same will be shipped separately after verification.
Claims involving opened products will only be considered where a clear physical defect—such as a broken seal or visible damage—is identified after opening and is supported by proper proof. Opened products will not be eligible for claims based on taste, aroma, or other subjective preferences.
For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, you may choose your preferred resolution:
Replacement
We will dispatch a fresh unit of the same product.
Refund
A full refund to your bank account, if you prefer not to receive a replacement.
Both options are available to you. We will not insist on a replacement if you would rather have a refund.
We may request the product to be returned for further inspection in certain cases before processing a replacement or refund.
If a shipment is confirmed as lost by the courier partner, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund. Please contact us with your order details and tracking information so we can initiate an investigation with the logistics partner.
