Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched.
• Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible through the details provided on our Contact page. Cancellation requests are subject to confirmation based on order status.

• If an order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, a refund will be issued to your bank account.
• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after cancellation is confirmed.
• If any non-recoverable payment gateway or transaction fees are applicable, they may be deducted from the refund amount. No additional cancellation charges are imposed beyond these actual costs.

The decision to accept or reject a cancellation request will depend on whether the order has already been processed for dispatch.
