Chandragiri was bred for this country — developed in India, for Indian conditions. It grows slower, ripens more evenly, and holds its character across seasons. That consistency is what you taste in the cup: nothing sharp, nothing showing off. Just a clean, round sweetness that sits with you. Most specialty coffee chases origin exotica. We chose the one grown for this soil, this climate, this country. It's India's own varietal — and we think it's time it was treated like it.

The cherry is depulped but dried with the mucilage intact. No washing, no shortcuts — just time on the bed. Sits between a washed's clarity and a natural's body. Structured sweetness, nothing excessive.

The Baba Budangiri hills are where Indian coffee began — and Thogarihunkal has been part of that story for generations. A family estate, sitting quietly in the Western Ghats, farming the same land with the same care year after year.
